Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroBridge Group LLC (“NeuroBridge 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website www.neurobridge360.com, our NeuroTouch application, our NeuroPod Sensory Zone and related products, and any services, subscriptions, physical products, or digital products we sell or make available (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. WHO WE ARE
NeuroBridge 360 is operated by NeuroBridge Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with operations in Miami, FL
Contact: [email protected] | +1 (786) 448-7739
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of information:
a) Account & Registration Information Name, email address, phone number, mailing/shipping address, billing address, username and password, and role (parent/caregiver, educator, therapist, or specialist).
b) Child & Developmental Information (Provided by Parents/Guardians) Where a parent or guardian voluntarily creates a “Development Twin” profile or uses features such as the AI Assistant or Personalized Development Plans, we may collect information about a child, including developmental milestones, behavioral patterns, notes entered by caregivers or professionals, and progress tracked over time. This information is provided by the parent, guardian, or authorized professional — never collected directly from a child — and is treated as sensitive information under the safeguards described in Section 9 (Children’s Privacy) below.
c) Order & Transaction Information When you purchase physical products (educational toys, NeuroTouch tablets, NeuroPod-related hardware), digital products, or subscriptions through our WooCommerce-powered store, we collect order details, shipping information, product selections, and purchase history. We do not directly collect or store full payment card numbers; see Section 6 (Payment Processing).
d) Payment & Billing Information Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and Bank of America merchant services, as well as buy-now-pay-later (“BNPL”) providers such as Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Pay Later. These providers collect and process payment details directly; we receive only limited transaction confirmation data (e.g., order status, last four digits of a card, transaction ID) necessary to fulfill your order.
e) Usage & Device Information IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, app interaction data, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
f) Communications Information you submit through contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, customer support requests, surveys, or professional network applications.
g) Professional Network Information For educators, therapists, and specialists, we may collect professional credentials, areas of specialization, and information relevant to care coordination features.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account and process orders for physical products, digital products, and subscriptions;
- Fulfill and ship physical orders and deliver digital content and app/subscription access;
- Process payments and manage billing, including recurring subscription billing and BNPL arrangements;
- Operate core platform features such as the Development Twin, AI Assistant, and Personalized Development Plans;
- Facilitate care coordination between parents, educators, therapists, and specialists (only where all relevant parties have opted in);
- Communicate with you about orders, subscriptions, account activity, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing and newsletters;
- Improve, secure, and personalize the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (Where Applicable)
For users in jurisdictions requiring a legal basis for processing (e.g., the EU/EEA/UK), we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfill orders and provide the Services), consent (e.g., marketing communications, non-essential cookies, sensitive developmental data), legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, product improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with:
- E-commerce & Platform Providers: WooCommerce and associated hosting/plugin providers necessary to operate our online store.
- Payment Processors & BNPL Providers: Stripe, PayPal, Bank of America merchant services, Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Pay Later, solely to process payments, manage subscriptions, assess installment/credit eligibility for BNPL options, and prevent fraud. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy governing the data it processes directly from you.
- Shipping & Fulfillment Partners: Couriers and logistics providers necessary to deliver physical products (educational toys, NeuroTouch tablets, and related hardware).
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and IT service vendors operating under confidentiality obligations.
- Professionals You Authorize: Educators, therapists, or specialists you or your account expressly connect with for care coordination.
- Legal & Safety: Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuroBridge 360, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payment card and bank information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and/or Bank of America merchant services) through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
For deferred/installment payment options offered at checkout (Klarna, Affirm, and/or PayPal Pay Later), you will be directed to complete a separate application or agreement directly with that provider, which may involve a soft or hard credit check and its own data collection practices. Your use of a BNPL option is subject to that provider’s own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain services, app features, and digital products are offered on a subscription basis. To manage recurring billing, we and our payment processors retain a tokenized payment method reference (not full card data) so that subsequent charges can be processed automatically until you cancel. You may manage or cancel a subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA NOTICE)
NeuroBridge 360’s Services are designed to be used by parents, guardians, educators, and other adults, including on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, as required under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
- Accounts may only be created by an adult (parent, legal guardian, or authorized professional).
- Any information about a child (e.g., in a Development Twin profile) is entered by the account-holding adult, not by the child directly.
- We limit collection of child-related information to what is reasonably necessary for the Development Twin, AI Assistant, and Personalized Development Plans features.
- Parents/guardians may review, request correction of, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting [email protected].
- We do not knowingly permit children to make purchases; all orders, subscriptions, and payment authorizations must be completed by an adult.
If we learn that a child has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.
9. SENSITIVE DEVELOPMENTAL & HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION
Information entered into the Development Twin or related features may relate to a child’s developmental, behavioral, or health-related patterns. This information is treated with heightened safeguards, is used solely to provide the Services requested, and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. NeuroBridge 360 is not a covered entity under HIPAA and the Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice; see our Terms of Use for applicable disclaimers.
10. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill orders and subscriptions, comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
11. DATA SECURITY
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). EU/UK residents may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
To exercise any rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may also opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, and manage cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
As we operate in both the United States (Florida) and Venezuela, and may use service providers located in other countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
14. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our separate Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may link to third-party sites, including payment processor and BNPL provider pages (Stripe, PayPal, Bank of America, Klarna, Affirm). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
